Mothers Day Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Promoter: Alliance The Food Warehouse 

By entering this giveaway, participants agree to the following terms and conditions: 

Eligibility 

  • The giveaway is open to residents of Guernsey only. 

  • Entrants must be aged 15 years or over. 

  • Employees of Alliance Supermarket are not eligible to enter. 

How to Enter 

  • Entries must be submitted via the official Google Form. 

  • Only one entry per gift receiver is permitted unless otherwise stated. (One person can make as many entries as they like as long as this is not for the same person to win.) 

  • Entries must be received by 15.03.2026. Late or incomplete entries will not be considered. 

The Prize 

  • There are two separate prizes available: 

  • Prize 1: Afternoon Tea voucher and a £10 Alliance voucher. 

  • Prize 2: £10 Alliance voucher and a £20 Peacocks voucher. 

  • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. 

  • The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. 

Winner Selection and Notification 

  • Winners will be selected at random after the closing date. 

  • Winners will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form. 

  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 5 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 

Publicity 

  • By entering, participants agree that Alliance The Food Warehouse may publish the winner’s name and the reason provided for their nomination on social media, website channels, and other marketing materials. 

  • Entrants confirm they have permission from the nominee to share their information for the purpose of this giveaway. 

Data Protection 

  • Personal data supplied during this promotion will only be used for the administration of the giveaway unless explicit consent is given for other purposes. 

  • All data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. 

General 

  • The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the giveaway where necessary. 

  • The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 

  • This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any social media platform.
