Golden Ticket T&Cs
Promoter
The promoter of this giveaway is Alliance Supermarket ("the Promoter").
Promotion Period
The Golden Ticket Giveaway will run from 20.06.26 to 12.07.26 inclusive. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time without prior notice.
Eligibility
3.1 Entry is open to residents of Guernsey.
3.2 Employees of Alliance The Food Warehouse, their immediate family members, agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to participate.
3.3 No purchase is necessary to participate.
How to Participate
4.1 Golden Tickets will be hidden within participating Alliance The Food Warehouse stores in Guernsey on selected dates during the promotion period.
4.2 Information regarding store will be announced via the Promoter's social media channels.
4.3 A participant who finds a valid Golden Ticket and complies with these Terms and Conditions will be eligible to claim a prize.
4.4 Participants may only claim one prize throughout the duration of the promotion.
4.5 Prize must be claimed as soon as ticket is found.
Prizes
5.1 Each valid Golden Ticket is redeemable for one freezer.
5.2 The freezer awarded may be either:
One (1) Small Freezer; or
One (1) Large Freezer.
5.3 The type and size of freezer available for each Golden Ticket is determined solely by the Promoter.
5.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with an alternative of equal or greater value should circumstances make this necessary.
Prize Claim Process
6.1 Winners must present the original Golden Ticket to the Promoter.
6.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any ticket before awarding a prize.
6.3 Photocopies, screenshots, damaged, altered, forged, duplicated, or illegible tickets will not be accepted.
6.4 Winners may be required to provide proof of age, identity, and Guernsey residency.
6.5 Failure to provide requested verification within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize.
6.6 Alliance is not responsible for delivery of the freezers.
Invalid Tickets
7.1 Any ticket which appears to have been tampered with, altered, damaged, duplicated, counterfeited, or obtained through improper means shall be deemed void.
7.2 The Promoter's decision regarding ticket validity is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Publicity
8.1 By accepting a prize, winners agree that the Promoter may use their first name, photograph, image, and/or likeness for promotional and publicity purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for:
Lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed tickets;
Technical failures affecting promotional announcements;
Any inability to claim a prize due to circumstances outside the Promoter's reasonable control.
9.2 The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by participants arising from participation in the promotion or acceptance of a prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Promoter's Rights
10.1 The Promoter reserves the right to:
Refuse any prize claim where fraud, misconduct, or breach of these Terms and Conditions is suspected;
Disqualify any participant found to be abusing the promotion;
Amend these Terms and Conditions at any time;
Cancel, suspend, or terminate the promotion without notice where circumstances make this necessary.
10.2 The Promoter's decision in all matters relating to the promotion is final.
Data Protection
11.1 Any personal information collected in connection with this promotion will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
By participating in the Golden Ticket Giveaway, participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
