This promotion is run by Alliance Ltd, registered at Braye Road, Vale, Guernsey, GY3 5XB (“the Promoter”).

Eligibility

The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Entrants must be residents of Guernsey. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents, suppliers, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

Entry Requirements

No purchase is necessary to enter. Entry into this promotion is free and does not require the purchase of any product or service. Entrants must ensure their account is public at the time of the draw for verification purposes. Entries must be received between 1 May 2026 and midnight on 31st May 2026. Late entries will not be accepted. A maximum of three entries per person/user per platform applies. Prize

The prize consists of one (1) Citroën Ami (or similar model of equal or greater value) with an approximate retail value of £5,995. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Prize Exclusions

The prize does not include: Insurance; Road tax; Fuel; Ongoing maintenance or servicing; Any personal taxation liabilities; Any additional costs associated with ownership not explicitly stated.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period. Entries will be recorded and verified, and any entries submitted after the closing date will not be included. Comments will be closed at midnight on 31st May 2026 to prevent late entries. The draw will take place on Monday 1st June 2026. The winner will be selected using a randomised process (e.g. random selection software) from the pool of eligible entries. Giveaways often require a public account so organizers can verify that you followed the rules and entered properly. Users can exclude specific entries, set hashtag filters, or include multiple entries per user. Winner will be contacted via Instagram/Facebook dm depending on what platform the winner was chosen from, a winner will be chosen from each platform using comment picker, then the final 2 users will be placed into a digital spin wheel which will be screen recorded. If the winner doesn’t reply within 5 working days from the 1st of June a new winner will be selected on the 8th of June.    

The draw will be conducted fairly, transparently, and in a verifiable manner.

Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted within 1 day of the draw via direct message on the platform through which they entered. The winner will be contacted from one of the Promoter’s official social media accounts only: Facebook: Iceland Guernsey or The Food Warehouse Guernsey Instagram: @IcelandFWHGuernsey The winner may be required to provide contact details (such as email or phone number) solely for the purpose of prize fulfilment. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity

By entering, participants agree that they may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the promotion, including the use of their name and image for marketing purposes, without additional compensation. The winner’s surname and parish may be made available upon request in line with promotional regulations.  

Data Protection

Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation. Data will only be used for the purposes of administering the competition unless explicit consent is provided for marketing communications.

Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or other issues. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where caused by negligence.

General

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and may request proof of identity and residency. Any attempt to manipulate, fraudulently enter, or abuse the promotion will result in disqualification. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Delivery / Collection

The winner will be required to collect the Citroen Ami from Van Mossel Motor Mall Guernsey / Alliance Food Warehouse, St Martin, unless otherwise agreed.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Bailiwick of Guernsey.”
