Alliance The Food Warehouse ‘1 Years’ worth of groceries’ Competition 🎉👌

Prize consists of a Gift Card to the value of £1,800 that may be redeemed against any purchases of products sold in the Alliance Food. There will be 1 winner in total selected from all eligible entries.

The value of the Prize is based on an average monthly shop of £150. The pre-loaded card will be topped up to the balance of £150 on the 1st day of every month for 11 months after the initial pre-load. (January-December)

Entry criteria: Entries to the prize draw are made by Alliance The Food Warehouse Instagram (@AllianceTheFoodWarehouse) entering by Liking, Following and Reposting the ‘Win Your Shopping for a Year’ post between 16:00 on 21.01.25 and 23:59 on 31.01.25 inclusive (the “Entry Period”). Entries received outside of this time, or which do not meet the entry criteria, will not be considered. Private Instagram accounts will need to be made public for Alliance The Food Warehouse to verify if the post has been reposted. Those who complete all these steps will be automatically entered into the prize draw. Maximum of one entry per person. Internet access required.

The winner will be selected from all eligible entries, after the Entry Period has closed. The winner will be contacted by Alliance The Food Warehouse’s Customer Care team, by Instagram on or before 10th February 2025.

If the winner cannot be contacted by 12th February 2025, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternative prize winner will be selected in accordance with the process set out above.

No cash alternative will be offered for the Prize and the Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Alliance The Food Warehouse reserves the right to substitute the prize for an item of similar value.

The prize draw is open to Guernsey residents aged 18 or over. Employees and staff of Alliance The Food Warehouse, are not permitted to enter.

The Gift Card will be handed to the winner on the production of relevant ID. Alliance The Food Warehouse accepts no liability for any lost or delayed prizes.

The Gift Card can only be used against purchases from Alliance The Food Warehouse. The Prize cannot be used for purchases from Peacocks.

The Gift card will need to be redeemed within 12 months from first use whereupon it shall expire.

The result of the prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Alliance The Food Warehouse reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any time without prior written notice if circumstances beyond Alliance The Food Warehouse’ control make this necessary. Alliance The Food Warehouse will not be responsible for any entries that are incomplete, lost or delayed or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other reason which is beyond Alliance The Food Warehouse control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.

By entering the competition, entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

The only personal data Alliance The Food Warehouse will process about each entrant for the purpose of the prize draw is their name, and Instagram Handle("Personal Data"). Alliance The Food Warehouse will process personal data in line with the Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) Law 2017 and Alliance The Food Warehouse privacy policy, which can be provided as required.

Alliance The Food Warehouse may be required by law or court order to share Personal Data with the police or other law enforcement authorities.

The prize draw is governed by the law of Guernsey and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guernsey.
